marinmaniac Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 Ive pulled the guitar (red wine robot studio) apart and replaced all the bells and whistles back into it with a kit taken from an original blue burst, but im at the point of soldering power and pickup connects. but i have questions about where the two different color ribbon cables go, and then about how that connection works... it seems that one is green and one is yellow for tail and bridge connects. what goes where ? which way does the ribbon face also any other tips for when the guitar gets up and running about setup of system? Im near san francisco and i am looking for someone near here with expertise in the robot model maintenance Im lucky in the sense that i have a working robot to cheat on and look inside but the ribbon cable is so delicate im afraid to mess with it too much on my working model (green metallic) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
