Repair shop turn-around time

I have a new (in warranty) guitar that has been in your shop for a little over two weeks. After three unanswered phone calls to your 800# to inquire about what an average turn-around time is for a repair/replacement evaluation, and two emails, I was contacted by email a week ago and told that it was being checked "as we speak". Nothing since. Please advise.

Please email me directly at tmoney@gibson.com. We've been having phone problems with messages not reaching their destination but I'll want to look into the emails, etc.
