cleaning

Recommended Posts

Greetings Worship Guitarist. I am very curious where all of that nicotine came from? You can use many mild products to clean your guitars' finishes. Windex is a decent place to start. Good old soap and warm water. (Dawn dish-washing liquid mixed lightly in very warm water). Be extremely careful and just clean one place at a time. Of course you don't want to let any moisture in controls or pickups. Use cloth rags. When they get 'yellow' with nicotine either rinse it out well or go to another rag. After your guitar is totally cleaned: use a decent guitar finishing wax product. I use "Novus". Novus is a rather expensive kit of three bottles. A scratch remover #3 a light scratch remover #2 a polish #1. If I were any guitarist, I would go to Amazon .com and order the kit or just the "Novus #1 Polish". It's amazing! Peace..Rednefceleb.
