Alan189
Hi folks, Does anyone know if I am able to swap out my current Epiphone bridge for the Gibson ABR-1 tune-o-matic? I realise I will need some sort of conversion posts in order to complete this task, has anyone done this before? Also, if I am able to install the ABR-1 with conversion posts etc. What about string spacing? Is there a difference between Gibson and Epiphone? Here is my current bridge: ps, I don't want the nashville bridge. Cheers
rednefceleb
Loosen your strings a great deal and lift the TOM out, take it to a music store with lotsa Gibson using the bridge type that you want. "Size-it-up" as they say. hold it up & against the Gibby part. If you have access to a store with bridge kits by Gibson or aftermarket upgrades you will be able to compare very exactly. Alan189
Hmm, apparently all I need are some conversion posts.
