Surfpick
I don't have any but I got to sample a few when I had a rolling collection. Had a 1918 L-1 with an unreal restoration job.
Surfpick
I got to hold onto a '35 L5 for a little while. I think the brass tuners were a great idea. It's not as noticable when the gold plating begins to wear off.
retrorod
Great to see you on the Gibby Forum Ra! That back shot of the L5 sends a tingle up my leg....HA!.....I wish that you could have kept them all! I truly understand, you were just a caregiver for awhile! How are the little 'tribbles' doing in the summer heat? I was telling a girl friend of mine about them a couple of days ago! My latest surfpick is a beauty and holding up very well. How is your stock on them at this time? See ya, Rod
