BCamera
Hey Guys, Saw this for sale on a local website here in Australia. Anyone have any idea what it is and how much it would be worth? Ben
el capitan
Known as the " Caballero "a name previously used on an entry level Gibson made Epiphone. Made in Japan although some labels say Epiphone Kalamazoo. Not worth a lot-especially if it has a bolt-on neck. The sunburst finish and hard case add value. TommyK
FT120 or FT130. It appears to be in the original 'Durabuilt' case. "Caballero" has been applied to these models and may typed on the blue label. These are not the same Caballeros built prior to Norlin. Depending on condition and action, $100 - $250. How is the action? Any deformation of the top in the area of the fretboard extension? Is the fretboard extension touching the sound board? If so, closer to $100. And the neck block needs to be repositioned, glued then reinforced. See my treatise on >>> Fixing A Broke Neck Norlin <<<
