SomepeoplecallmeMaurice
Hi, I got a brand new Epiphone Masterbilt AJ500ME as Christmas present and I really love it. I had Gibson 11-54 strings on, but I didn't like it and I decided to buy the 11-52. I was very disappointed and starting to be nevous because of some loose bridge pins. I worked it out but I still have noisy strings (4th and 6th) sometimes, because of that problem. Before complaining about that with the seller, do you have any advice? P.S. Some of the bridge holes looked wider and I only could try pushing the strings deeper into the hole. It worked, after a few times with pins popping out and flying. thanks Maurizio
diverden
If pins are popping up, your not seating them properly when installing the strings. Make sure the string lays in the groove of the pin, then pull up on string as you push the pin firmly into place.
