Anyone know of a good luthier in Georgia?

I'd like to hear a recommendation too.

If I had to get some work done on my instruments tomorrow, I'd probably take it to Maple Street Guitars. The reasons though -- since I've never had any repairs done there -- are that their shop area looks pretty good from the counter, they have some well maintained nice guitars for sale, and some knowledgeable sales folks.

There is another great shop for guitar sales -- Miedtown Music -- but I don't think they do repairs.

Check out Ralph Luttrell

I don't know where he's located in relation to you, but Ralph is an excellent luthier, a very experienced repair guy and builder. I have a friend who has one of his Gamblers (a modern take on a classic Stella) and it's an amazing guitar. Ralph knows what he's doing. I've heard good things about Maple Street too.
