Hello 316, and welcome here.

Model names can be misleading. In 2012 the Les Paul guitar tops were obviously rated before assembly and finishing. The guitars were named at that state which finally caused surprising results.

I own a 2012 Les Paul named Standard Premium, then meaning AAA flame on principal, but she had been downgraded afterwards by lower pricing, that's no lie. Whatever, she plays and sounds nice, and I don't care for the quilty "AA flame only" and the iron mineral streaks: [biggrin]

Now to yours. They obviously changed hands in 2013, left rating of the figuring out of the model name, and did it through pricing only. LPSAATACH1 guitars can be found on the web with AA, AAA, and AAAA rated tops, and priced accordingly. But honestly, what does it matter if she plays and sounds nice? You have a beautiful guitar, regardless of number of As! [love][thumbup]
