Richardh
Hi Guys, I am looking to upgrade my Epi Lp Standard Pro with a 2014 onwards Gibson board. The probuckers are splittable and I thought with a genuine Gibson board they would sound even better. I have sourced the 5 pin molex plugs required but am struggling with the wiring colour coding. I can't find any diagrams. My thought was to just follow the epi order of wires on the new plug and take it from there but would rather get it right first time. Any advice would be much appreciated. kidblast
I honestly don't see how a PCB would differ from Gibson to Epiphone. I'd bet 50 it's just about identical.
kidblast
ha! kinda exactly what I was thinking! I one really wants to make a change for the better, replace the PCB board nonsense with traditional soldering caps and wire..
