2022 Les Paul Classic. This is the set-up this  guitar arrived with, purchased from a major internet retailer. Why does the low side of the tune o matic sit so high off the  body, while the high e side of the tune O Matic is against the body? 

I just received this Les Paul from one of the major online retailers. Is the tune O matic the appropriate set-up? 

I'm not an expert but the low strings look awfully high. And when playing the guitar I cannot get a comfortable hand position for flat pick play.
