Would like to replace tuners on Epiphone EL-00 pro . I think it has Grover mini rotomatics. Would like to know if Grover mini rotomatic locking tuners would work without drilling the headstock?

Would like to replace stock tuners with locking tuners. Anyone know if Grover minis can be installed without drilling the headstock?
