Hey FZ, Congrats on your JF-30! I've found Guild jumbos to be in the same league as Gibson's SJ200. They're just excellent guitars. Guild serial numbering is generally too messed up for me to make any sense of it. I just rely on the guys over on letstalkguild.com to decode serial numbers. I expect you're right about the "93" though.

What do you recommend? The seller said he just got the Guild set up and new strings, so I haven't changed them yet. I think I'll take it down to my tech and have him check it over and restring it while he's at it. ;^)
