Have you heard it?
Well, Have ya'?
Thoughts?
Impressions?
Ruminations?
I think the dynamics and textures, mixes of clean, distortion, overdriven tones. Is incredible.
As usual, an excellently engineered album.
Adam Jones' guitar playing is something else. His range from clean to overdriven/distorted tones, including his wah-pedal-work is really good.
Danny Cary is a very talented drummer and Justin Chancelor's bass work, like Jones' guitar playing, varies both in tonality as well as dynamically.
The only thing about the album that I don't like is Chocolate Chip Trip. Yeah, I get it, but it's like four minutes I could do without, I know the Cary's fans will probably disagree, but it's a drum solo and synthesizer arrangement.
Still, I'm digging this album.

Very nice. Indeed.
Classic music.👍

I scored some pretty good music this Christmas.
Joe Bonamassa, Live at the Sydney Opera House
Tool, Fear Inoculum, Got all of the goodies that came along with the CD Package. OMG this is some great head music.
Dave Matthews Band, Rhino's Choice, Limited Edition 2 LP Set Translucent Rosé Wine Color Vinyl with MP3 Codes. Can't go wrong with some live DMB.
What'd ya' get?

A Japanese Tele with humbuckers.
I thought you left California.....
Oh yes, I left Murph. Missed ya' man. Idaho was good to me and the wife. The kids, not so. Wife was offered a job to take over a college medical program back in Cali. It's something she was interested in doing. We're back in our hometown.
Hope you're well, Murph.

Nice guitar. Does it need those string trees?
Not really sure about the string trees.
Non of my other telecasters have them. I'm not worried about it and I won't be taking them off too soon.
They don't effect the way I play or the way it sounds.

Thank you gentlemen. I was originally going to get a black one, when this beautiful Vintage White showed up on Reverb.
I really like it and it’s been an inspiration to play my *** off lately.
These Japanese Fender Traditional 70s Thinline Telecasters are good guitars and I’m glad I was able to give it a good home.
The vintage white is classy. -
Yeah, guess it's in my blood.
I can think of a couple other Telecasters I might want in my stable. 😎

Well I was going to post a photo or two but I have no clue how to use the features on this new sight.
It won't even let me delete the original post.

Yeah, I know, it's not a Gibson.
But it's one sweet sounding tele!!!🙂

Yeah, thanks.
It was a cool show. Actually it was a celebration for sobriety. Carlos has been sober for 26 years. Many of the musicians who performed at this years event are from successful bands who now live in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. They are also celebrating their recovery and still rocking.
Laurie Morvan was a guest and performed Little Wing. She's grammy nominated this year for her latest blues album, Gravity.

Sorry about the quality of the videos, a learning experience for me if you will.
His sound is off for the first half of Fire, but it gets dialed by time third Stone from the Sun starts.
Be kind. It's my first time posting video on YouTube.
Hope it inspires you to do great things today.
Enjoy.

it is unforgiving if you're not dead on with triggering the loops properly.
That's exactly the deal.
I've been working on my groove and want to lay down some loops, but you have to be dead on. Plus figuring out the functionality of the unit. Half an hour a day should get me there soon.

Boss Loopstation Finals.
Nice. That was tastily done. Took a while to develop, but these things always do.
Second place.😀

Yeah, I picked up a TC Electronics Ditto Looper X2 today.
It takes some getting used to and I'm sure the more I use it, the better I'll get. So anybody got one?
What do you think about it?
Thanks

Oh yeah, the wine thing.
Wife and I are wine aficionados.
Fine wine Fridays are mandatory around here. Cheers.

So what sort of hobbies do you have?
I collect baseball and other sports related cards. Mostly baseball, but I have basketball and football in my collection too.
I used to do shows, but those seem to have become not so popular anymore. It was once a good way to make an easy $500.00 on the weekend. It was also through these shows that I began collecting autographs too.
I think I'm most proud of my Reggie Jackson, Nolan Ryan, and Derek Jeter baseball card collections and my Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant basketball collections.
