Riptide
Hey guys, I'm re-wiring an old guitar of mine (Peavey Raptor) and so I've been looking up how to do it and stuff and the "normal" way (left is free / middle is hot / right is cap --> ground) makes sense to me. But then I came across Gibson wiring where they run the cap between the right of the tone an middle on the volume. Can someone please explain how that works and what the purpose of it is? Thanks in advance :) ::EDITED TO REMOVE A LITTLE BIT OF MY IGNORANCE::
