Briano96
Hello all, Can anyone tell me why the left handed Sheraton 2 is out of production? And also if it will ever come back into production? Thanks in advance
foglesre
Hello all, Can anyone tell me why the left handed Sheraton 2 is out of production? And also if it will ever come back into production? Thanks in advance Evidently there are not enough of us lefties buying left handed guitars. Add it to the list of hollow and semi-hollow body guitars that Epi has discontinued in recent years--Sheraton 2, Dot, Joe Pass, and the venerable Casino. As you may have seen, there is a ground swell movement to rerelease the Casino, which by Epi's own claim is one of the most popular Epi guitars (probably behind the LP and SG). Hopefully we are successful. I very much like my lefty Sheraton 2, a lovely 2004 Unsung MiK. I would suggest trying to pick up a used one before they inflate to ridiculous Used Casino prices, though arguably there are quite a few good semi-hollow choices around. Cougar
I would suggest trying to pick up a used one... Probably a good idea. There happens to be a nice 2010 lefty Sherrie II on ebay right now - item no. 121121332883. Three days left!
MellowGuy
What a shame. I had to find my Lefty Sheraton II from a guy on craigslist who had it brand new, never touched it and left it in the box for 2 years then sold it to me for $150 under listing price. And i've fallen in love with the thing. It's just a gorgeous guitar.
