Class 5 Pickups

Hello all,

I'm hoping to find someone familiar with the pickups in a Custom Shop Les Paul Class 5 built in the last 5 years or so. Specifically someone

who has pulled their pickups out and looked at the label indicating BB1 BB2 or BB3.

Thank you in advance

Here's some info from 2001.

I don't think the specs. in regard to pickups have changed much if at all.

with long tenon

Binding: Cream binding on top and neck

Hardware: Nickel

Bridge / Tailpiece: ABR-1 bridge with stopbar tailpiece

Pickups: Treble Burstbucker #3, Rhythm Burstbucker #2

Controls: Two volume / two tone / 3-way selector switch

Fingerboard: Rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays"

Thank you for the reply. Everything I find states the same. Yet mine has bb1 bb2. Gibsons reply to my inquiries is they have used BB1 and BB@ for some years. They claim my guitar is correct and their website is wrong. Could I be the only one who actually looked at their pick ups. They tell me they will look into fixing the website. Things like this eat at me. As is, if you were to research my guitar you would come back with fail.
