daveinspain
My LP project guitar is coming along nicely... I have the body out being prepared for the gold leaf... Got the tuners (70's vintage double line double ring) Got the electronics (JP push pull coil split and phase reverse kit from RS GuitarWorks- aged bumble bees included) Got a nickle Gibson bridge and stop bar set, everything included i.e. bushings, adjustment wheels...etc. I think all I need now are the plastic accessories. I'm pretty sure I'm going with cream on those.... I finally decided on the Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Jimmy Page Humbuckers. I got them with nickle covers. The hunt for parts has been fun and educational...
SRV-Zeppelin
Cool, I didn't know SD made JP pickups. Let us know how it sounds, Dave, and post plenty of pictures! Sounds like you're on a mission to make the ultimate Jimmy Page guitar... or has that title already been stolen by your EDS-1275?

Alouf
Are you fabricating the guitar yourself?
daveinspain
Are you fabricating the guitar yourself? No, I bought a 2006 les Paul Vintage Mahogany body that had been stripped down completely but was in perfect condition.... That's my base.
