Anyway, I have a like new condition 1963 ES 335 Elitist Dot. I love the tone of this guitar. Just looking for suggestions on how much to ask for it. kidblast Posted October 15, 2015 Share Posted October 15, 2015 The best angle to take to sort this out is login to EBAY, search for completed auctions for a similar make/model. see what others have sold theirs for, and there's at least a ball park. The elitist guitars historically fetch pretty good resale values as they are all discontinued now except the Casino, and most are considered quite desirable. your only other option is to look at a blue book value but that will probably not be what the street value is. if you're at all friendly with any store managers or owners, you could ask them what they would sell it for.
