cshel Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 My mom gave me this acoustic when I was 13 yrs old, that was 32 years ago. She got it used from a guy who in Oklahoma who repaired violins and other stringed instruments. He found it in the attic of a garage that was about to be torn down. It was in need of some minor repairs and he sold it to us in about 1970. It still plays and sounds great and it stays in tune almost indefinitely. I am considring having some repair and / or restoration work done to it but would like to know more about its vintage first.
