CarlosCastaneda
Hello, I just wanted to ask about the Body of the Epiphone Les Paul Standard PlusTop Pro, from all the people here who have a wide knowledge, I just wanted to ask how the Wood Layers of the Body. Gibson normally would do Mahogany and add a Flame or Normal Maple top, now I am aware that Epiphone uses a veneer, now this is where I do not understand, Is the body made like this, "Mahogany, Normal Maple then Veneer" or "Mahogany the Veneer." Ill do some Art if I need to explain ______ Veneer --------- Maple --------- Mahogany or ______ Veneer --------- Mahogany Thanks! -Carlos
Pinch
Hi Carlos, I think veneer, maple, then mahogany. That's the specs I find atm anyway. Mine could be veneer, elephant poop and then mahogany for all I care. I love it :)

Jon S.
It is indeed a flame maple veneer on a maple top, mahogany body.
