Taildragger Posted March 2, 2009 Share Posted March 2, 2009 I'm looking for nice pics of Gibson's '61 SG Custom Shop model in GLOSS finish.Especially for pics of the Maestro tremolo SG but the other model is fine too if it has the glossy finish.I only can find pics of the VOS model,faded cherry which I actually like.I was hoping anybody on here might have some.Would be really cool to see.As you can see,I'm a new member.This is going to be my first Gibson.So please have mercy on me.Any kind of help on this is greatly appreciated,thanks much ! Taildragger Posted March 2, 2009 Author Share Posted March 2, 2009 Thanks for your reply.Yes,all "regular" '61 Reissues are gloss but I'm talking about the Custom Shop VOS models which either are available in faded cherry or gloss cherry.Pictured below is the faded cherry '61 SG VOS with aged hardware,the net is full of pics but I'm looking for pics of the same guitar in the optional gloss finish which is a couple hundred bucks more...
