seakidd331
Hi, I work independently at home selling items online for a local pawn shop. They generally give me a plethora of items with little to no information attached and it's up to me to research the item, ascertain a value, and post it for sale. Lately, I've been getting a lot is musical instruments, which is great, but I've come up against a Gibson... something that I am not having much luck researching. It has no identifying info except the name Gibson, it's definitely vintage, and it has a rough guitar shape, ha ha. If anyone could tell me anything about it, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time! - Erin
jdgm
I think this is a Gibson Century 6 lap steel guitar from the 1950s. I googled Gibson lap steel guitars , looked at Images then clicked on a pic and got this old Reverb (UK) listing - https://reverb.com/uk/item/6083906-gibson-century-6-lap-steel-guitar-black Forum experts/sleuths? Best wishes!
