guitarguy059 Posted March 7, 2020 Share Posted March 7, 2020 I've had my new Casino(in Natural) about a month now. I never did find any issues with either the finish or the electronics. I did put Elixir 9's on it and adjusted the trussrod. Much better for me. I bought a set of shims from Lollar and shimmed the bridge pickup to very near the strings and the neck pickup just a little. The pickup volumes are much more equal now. Instead of going the John Lennon version route, I'd like to find more of an ivory or cream-colored pickguard, pickup selector switchtip, and maybe a trussrod cover.
