kevboski82
So I got a hold of a guitar I used to own in the early 2000's that always drove me nuts because I didn't own it long and remember it being odd and not really knowing the details of it. So when I got it back I took it apart to look around a bit and took some photos and hoping someone will know something about this guitar or have some educated guesses. So it's a casino, but what's odd about it is the lack of label inside the body (ok lets say it fell off and was lost at some point) and then the simple "305" stamped on the headstock. The finish on the back of the neck and the body are definitely different colors. the neck looks more like your traditional sunburst orange while the body has a darker and greenish hue to it. It doesn't appear to be an issue of fade because everything including under the pick guard, pickups, etc is the same. Hopefully the links for the photos work, and someone has some ideas about these thing? I'm guessing Korean made? https://photos.app.goo.gl/9rN2vrWoYt9eLo4a8
cunningham26
Looks like a 90's Korean 2nd- probably because the neck didn't match the body well enough. It wouldn't be faded underneath poly, and the MIC casinos are very dark black and very bumblebee yellow. the pickguard E is facing the wrong way so has fallen off and been reglued or was put on wrong. Probably something that was a cast off that founds its way into your hands. seemed to happen back in the late 90s- ive had a couple stamped USED on the back of the headstock. not so much a thing anymore.
