orion32773 Posted June 17, 2022 Share Posted June 17, 2022 Bought my first Epiphone and noticed the saddle (Low E) where I rest my palm is sharp. My Gibson Les Paul is fine so I was curious if there were recommended replacement bridges or saddles. I do notice that the Epiphone saddles stick up farther than the Gibson saddles do. mihcmac Posted July 4, 2022 Share Posted July 4, 2022 (edited) I added a roller bridge to my 339 because of the extreme string angle the ES's have and I also added a Duesenberg LesTrem II. Note that Graph Tech, Gotoh and Tone Pros make good bridges, to name a few and replacement saddles as well. But note whether the saddles are notched or not.
