mihcmac
I am learning to get what I want out of my Jr twins, it takes some practice to get used to not just having the tone on 10 all of the time, they are really sensitive on the SG Jr and Coronet. Those two are almost identical sound wise, although the way they feel in my hands is very different and I’m digging them. The combination of the solid body the P90 and wraparound bridge is breath taking. My 97 Jr DC feels different in that it is very heavy, it has a 2004 Gibson P90 that is so fat and but similar at the same time has a slightly higher hum threshold. I don’t worry about hum with any of my P90’s because my “Hum Debugger” kills the cycle hum completely for them all, start to get a little bit after 4 inline ODs but still mask more with the guitar.
