elantric Posted May 8, 2009 Share Posted May 8, 2009 Simply use a spare hex nut on each long shaft pot - prior to installing in the guitar. thread it down 1/2" on the shaft, install in the guitar. The end result is you have the same mount of threads sticking up above the front of the guitar as short shaft pots. From the front of the guitar - add washers and hex nuts to tighten the pots, press on the knobs- done. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
