daboni Posted March 23, 2008 Share Posted March 23, 2008 Hi, I have a 2004 Gibson Explorer with 500t/496r pups. I bought it 3 years ago with pole pieces on 500t all on different height. The 2nd string`s pole is the highest. Is this normal or was somebody messing with it before me? I would appreciate a photo of somebody else`s 500t pole pieces height. Thanks, Andy. Use should play and then adjust the poles with a screw driver according to which strings need to be made louder or quieter.
