Peghead not tuning - dark fire

Hi;

 

I just got a dark fire. The peghead is not tuning the string neither manually or in robot. I've tried many things to fix: charging it, changing the string, string up, string down, taking out the peghead. But nothing seems to work.

 

Basically I can't use my guitar. When I turn the peghead it's soft and easy to move compared to the others and it doesn't do anything to the string.

 

I'd really appreciate your help.

sorry to hear that.

If you can turn the peghead and its soft and easy to turn compared to the others and it does not tune the string, then its most likely that there is a broken tooth wheel inside the gearbox... did someone try to turn on the peg while motorized tuning was in process??

I think that you need a replacement tuner!
