Tim Plains
With 57s??
teejayh
I have an 2006 ES-335 with block inlays. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has switched out their pickups on their 335 and also how big of a job it is. I have switched out pickups in other solid body guitars but never a hollow body. Also, are all ES-335's made in the Gibson custom shop? Mine is not a reissue guitar but someone in another forum said all ES-335's are made in the custom shop. I guess mine has Burstbusters in it but I have no idea how to tell. Tim Plains
Yes, they're all from the Custom Shop. If you have a 335 Block Inlay, you have BurstBuckers. If you have a 1963 Block Reissue, you have 57 Classics. Every other 335 has 57 Classics.
