GibSinCity
I don't know if this particular Gibson model has been discussed here before, but... Here's a link to a picture of cover art of an Elvis CD released by RCA in 2007. I think it's a still from one of his movies. It shows Elvis playing a double neck SG, but it doesn't look like a typical EDS-1275. It has two six-string necks. The top neck has six strings with bass tuners.(Baritone?) The lower neck has six strings with a Bigsby. Has anyone seen a Gibson like this before? http://covers.rambler.soundkey.ru/covers/full/9280.jpg Were these production models, or did "The King" have himself something built from the Custom Shop? Here's an example of a double neck with a Bigsby.(Link: http://www.provide.net/~woodrails/galpics/es1275_2.jpg) I think they were early versions of the EDS-1275 called a "Double 12" from the late fifties. They had different switch and knob locations, and different pick guards, but I've never seen one with the switches in the usual locations, the usual pick guards, and two six string necks with bass tuning keys on the top neck, and a Bigsby. Blackie
I have seen a bass on top a 6 string and a mandolin like neck on top a six string but never anything like that one. Most of the early variations were special order only before they would build them.

SG dude
(I'm not trying to start anything but...) Gawd, i thought it was a fake, as the horn didnt cast a shadow and the strap doesnt look tied on to anything at the neck, and i never ever knew he had one until now, but if its real, then oh well nice find.:-
GibSinCity
Which one of his movies is this from that he's playing it in? I'd like to check it out and get a good look at the guitar. Here's a Standee offered from E-Bay that looks like a shot of from same movie, but with a with a slightly different pose. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110274148926&rvr_id=&crlp=1_263602_263622&UA=WXI6&GUID=aa4f2e8f1180a0aad2779c87ff34a34a&itemid=110274148926&ff4=263602_263622
