dickey
The bridge & pickguard don't look right, but I don't think these are the kind of guitars that get faked.
Blackie
For 3 G's somebody would. But I have no idea as to the authenticity of it.
Rocky4
I just noticed the switch in the wrong place and the incorrect dog ear in the bridge position.
pohatu771
The serial number makes it a 1968. As far as I can tell, the Les Paul Special wasn't reissued until 1975. It didn't return in 1968 like the Standard and Custom did. Even then, it was a single-cutaway model. It could be a heavily-modified Les Paul Junior, but only because I can't find any reissue date for the Junior. With Gibson's attitude at the time, however, and the Junior/Special being student models rather than "historic" models, I doubt they would have made one, since they already had the SG-100/200/250 models, which were supposed to replace the Melody Maker.
