Help with Wireless Router?

I know its a guitar forum but I hope someone knows whats happening

 

So I have a D-Links WBR 2310 router and it used to work fine until I changed ISP's about a week ago.

 

Now when I try to connect with a laptop, it connects, says the connection is Local Only, but when I try to open a browser, it says

 

Internet Explorer cannot display webpage

or Address not Valid

 

Sometimes it says the connection has a limited connectivity status

 

All of this is whilst the internet is working on the desktop.

 

Any ideas?

What ISP did you have before, and what do you have now? Did you go from DSL to Cable? Or vice versa?
