cesperry
Hello all & what up? I have a Epiphone G400 custom SG & I want to convert the pickup selector switch to a six way switch like the SG3. Does anybody have a wiring diagram on how to do that? I have tried contacting Gibson & Epiphone, but they will not help. Even a photograph of the wiring on the actual guitar would work if someone has one.
HannahMichelle
Ummm.... I really have NO idea how to help. If Gibson or Epiphone cannot help, I guess your stuck. Maybe you can like... download an instruction manual to help... trust me. I'm no engineer. Where do you buy your guitar stuff?
GuitarJunkie
I did a quick search also and came up with nothing. Worst case scenario, I have a Danelectro DC-3 with three pick-ups and a six way rotary switch. I would be happy to open it up and take some photos for you, but there is one big difference from the SG3. The Dano has a "Blow" switch that will turn on all three pick-ups no matter which position the switch is in. It's a cool feature with single coils. Don't know how useful it would be with doubles.
