S t e v e Posted June 9, 2010 Share Posted June 9, 2010 hi all, at the moment i'm using dunlop ultex sharp for all styles of my playing and they work good for me...but, iv'e recently tuned my LP down to C for some heavy riffage and i'm finding that the pick is "dragging" a bit on the bottom string when i palm mute fast riffs? it's not very noticeable to others but to me i feel i ain't "spot on" maybe i gotta get used to the new heavy gauge i'm using 10-52 as all my other guitars i use 9-42 and have done so for many years...anyway i've just ordered a few of these dunlop speed picks to see if it helps in any way. have you tried these picks before? speed picks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
