CajunBlues
So I have noticed in the past year that the binding on my 2002 ES-137 starting to yellow just a bit.... Is it typical that guitars start to show aging aroung 10 years ?? And 2002 was the first year for the 137 correct ?

AlanC
I find the yellowing binding to be very attractive! The binding on my ES 335 R9 natural is very yellow and it looks great. It is normal for the binding to yellow with age. Whilst I don't own one, I find one of the most beautiful looking guitars to be an aging Les Paul Black Beauty because the binding yellows and the black fades and they start to just look really incredible.
