Whether you swap for another or have them adjust it, before you take it home, walk up and down every string on every fret and make sure there isn't any buzzing. You should also listen for 'dead' strings/frets. Take your time and make sure you're satified with every note before you walk out. If you bought it online, most of the online stores have pretty good return policies, you just have to resign yourself to the fact that it might take a little longer to get complete satisfaction.
