Ricochet
Hmm, Looks like a regular LP standard plain top in cheery-burst. However, I've never heard of Epi-PUs having double rows of adjustable screws.
kebamo
When I look at the pickups there is 1 row of smooth flat buttons (6 of them) then there is another row with screw type heads. they look like to rows on each pickup. I did pay $100.00 for the guitar. Hopefully I got a good deal on it. Now scratches or wear. Very Clean
EpiEric
One coil with just the magnets and one coil with screws is normal for a Les Paul type humbucker. Looks like a Les Paul Classic to me: http://img3.musiciansfriend.com/dbase/pics/products/8/9/3/274893.jpg The classics (like Gibson classics) don't have covered pickups. kebamo
Ok I Talked to Gibson customer support and they researched the guitar. It is a 2002 Standard Plus top. Except 1 difference. This is the only one of its kind in 2002 that is in Heritage Cherry Sunburst. He did say that it is a rare one. It was given away during a contest in 2002. Cool huh!!!
