ajsc Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 There's an EJ300 in a shop here that is asking 279. It's an 05. Says 2nd, on the back of the head stock!! There's not 1 mark on the guitar. The guitar sounds good, but has high action!! (I can fix that, & add a bone nut , saddle, & pins) Is this a fair price?? Ship of fools Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 They retailed for about $665.00 new, and this one is already3 years old and a factory second, the blue book of acoustics says one in excellent shape should be between $250-300, so no this is way over priced unless its a N.O.S. even thenm it should be around the $250, so if its used I would think around the $150- 175 and even that is only because you say there are no marks on her.Ship Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
