Every guitar can be slightly different depending on build and taste. Hope it helps. Rule of thumb for nut height: if you press on the third fret space, you should have a hairs breath gap between the string and top of the first fret. If you adjust the truss rod, I personally never make more than a 1/8 turn on any given day. It gives the neck time to "reset" itself. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
