hayoka
I'm new here so I hope this is the right place for this. I bought this guitar maybe 12 years ago in a pawn shop and don't really know what model it is. I assume that it is an S-310, but don't really know. I can't find any serial numbers on it at all. Any help would be appreciated in finding out what it is. I also broke one of the bolts that hold the bridge down and need to find a replacement. Any ideas where to get one or two? Also, any ideas on good replacement pickups? Here is a link to the aforementioned guitar and bolts. http://www.flickr.com/photos/84658261@N00/sets/72157614228583593/detail/ It's been a good little guitar and I have since bought an Epiphone LP Jr. for my son and an Epi SG for myself last year. I appreciate any input you can give on the ID, bolts or pickups.
TWANG
I'll bet a floyd rose bolt is the same size.. on the licensed models.. I'll take a look at my supplier for ya and send a pm with the part number. pickups are so varied.. there's lots. depends on what you want to invest, and what sounds you want to make particularly. Like.. vintage output, or slightly overwound(SRV) or hot overwound.. you can even get stacked humbucks in there. looks like an s310 to me. hayoka
Awesome! Thank you so much. I may just have to redo all of the electronics. The switch has spots where it goes dead or has static and I have to wiggle it to get a connection. I'm sure they are cheap and made overseas.
