When the SH-6 installation was done over a year ago the guy who did it couldn't get a proper schematic to (and didn't bother to note the original setup obviously) how the G-400 Custom is wired, 3 Vol. 1 Tone. So he did a 3 pickup black beauty mod that, though was cool...never allowed me to single out my pickups..and turning one off turned the whole thing off. I coped with it until just recently. Now, just today I get it back. Epiphone sent the proper schematic to my 'new' guitar man...whom I've trusted for a while now...to get it back to stock wiring spec. Lo and behold I never heard it like this until now. It did have a dead neck vol. pot that had to be replaced. So thanks Epiphone for being quick about the response and getting us back up to speed. Shows what a ***** that 3 pickup custom can be...but the combo's it gives when all is said and done are incredible. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
