Its funny how he took the time to learn the serial codes and other guitar info, but didnt put together that it wasnt actually made in Japan. I'm not so sure about the "better than a Squire" comparison either. As an owner of both an Epiphone S-500 strat-type and a higher end Squire (both in the same price range), the Squire beats it in almost every aspect.
