help identifying model and finish

Hey everybody I'm new to the forum, I purchased an epiphone les paul a few months back and really love the guitar.I know from the serial # it was made in 97 in korea, is there anyway to identify the model. Also the finish is very unique kind of amber looking ostrich sort of finish, does anyone know what this was called?

how do you tell the difference between the standard the classic and custom? and which one is worth more?

WOW I ain't got a clue what the finish is called but features in the finish are surrealistically like the view you get out of a window landing at Arlanda airport Stockholm, the trees and the lakes below......That is freaky beautiful.....Think of the neck as the runway and we are coming on to land.....

That is a birdseye maple top. Natural or butterscotch finish.

yea I just love the finish and the pic really doesnt do it justice thats why I had to have it. That plus $ 250 with a hardshell case was hard to turn down. And with the seymore duncans in there she just screams!!
