on how to take care of an individual's guitar

BTW: to answer your question in another thread, what is binding?

 

That white platic ribbon that borders the outside of the guitar, and up the neck is "Binding"

oh i just let it lay on a stand

 

because when its on a case

 

for too long

 

it gets all dusty and stuff.

i was thinking about the cloth you use

 

for cleaning ur eyeglass

but.

 

it has some flufff[or whatever]

 

that gets on my guitar

A polish up every once in a while - I use GHS Guitar Gloss,

but for DAILY wiping I use a lambskin CHAMIOS bought at

an auto parts store, doesn't scratch. Real one, NOT the FAKE

chamios also sold there.

If needed for stubborn smudges, add a touch of water onto git

with damp cloth, then wipe with Chamios. Wipe strings, too.
