Ship of fools
More then likely not a solid top but you really should be able to tell by looking into the soundhole and checking the sides of the soundhole and if the grain runs from top to bottom then you'll know that it is a solid top, also are you sure about the year of your guitar can't find to many refrences that point to it being made that year in Korea.Ship
Thawk Dean
My 1991 PR350E is a laminate top. It's easy to tell looking at the edge of the top at the sound hole. You can see the laminations/plys (plywood). Another giveaway is the weight of the guitar. Mine is HEAVY compared to my solid top EL-00. rickrock
Thanks. Ship and Dean. I looked, as you suggested, and it looks laminated, not sure. I have 2 pr350's ( 2081032 and 9070264 ) 8/92 and 7/89 Korea (per Epi s/n search). I'm guessing the solid top model is 'PR350S'. Thanks again, and I'm glad to be here. Thawk Dean
Mine s/n is 1060210. If I remember it was Ship that gave me the information on my PR when I bought it about a year ago.
Ship of fools
Rickrock that number I do believe might actually be a 1999 number, but do enjoy it and play the heck out of her till your fingers hurt.ship
