Henri Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 Hello, First, I'm from Holland so forgive me my bad english I bought the synapse guitar about eight months ago and everything goes well. A few weeks ago I heard some unwanted sound and I thought it's time to replace the battery, so I did. After replacing the battery everything sounds well but after , maybe five, six hours, the battery went down again !! So I thought maybe I used a wrong battery and I replaced it again but I got the same problems again. What can be the problem here ? I always unplug the guitar after playing it. r2bflash Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 Hello Henri, welcome to the Steinberger forum! It is not unheard of to have a bad battery right out of the box. The chances of having two are starting to point at some other problem but there is still a possibilty you could have had two bad batteries. If you know that this is happening with a good battery this is when you need to look for any wires that may be touching something to short the battery out.
