Swoop
I have a 2007 Epiphone Casino and would like to replace to tuning keys with Gibson Epiphone Gotoh Kluson Tuning Keys Tuners - the green plastic version Is there a direct replacement without any modifications . Kluson brand ones are a direct replacement, but Gotoh, Grover, and other brands are not. The stock tuners on a Casino are, dimensionally, identical to Kluson ones. http://www.wdmusic.com/3_on_side_kluson_nickel_pearl.html I just put a set on my Casino, but the oval button version like the stock tuners. The screw holes int he back line up perfectly, but you will need to remove the stock bushings and fit the ones that come with the new tuners, as the shaft diameter is larger and won't fit through the stock bushing. Very nice tuners actually, very well made.

Thanks Yes, the ones I linked to will be a direct fit. And yes, they do come with the bushing that you need, and you simply remove the old ones and fit the new ones, they're a direct replacement too. However, removing the old bushings is not the easiest of tasks, and it's probably wise to get a luthier, or someone with some proper tools, to do it if you're not confident.
