I'm thinking of buying a 1980 LP Heritage Series Standard 80 Elite. Looks like T.Shaw pickups (correct inked numbers) and all original pots and caps. I'd like to hear what you think of these guitars,collectibilty and ball park value(price). It's not mint, but maybe an 8 out of 10.It's been used and played. Looks like a new nut was installed,years ago.Ebony board. the frets are braking the binding and has dents and scapes and needs some tlc. Any comments will be helpful, on what they are worth.
